To commemorate National Technology Day 2026, DELNET (Developing Library Network), in collaboration with CyberPeace and with support from Google.org, successfully organized an insightful and hands-on workshop titled “Securing Personal Devices: A Smartphone-Focused Practical Workshop” at DELNET, New Delhi.

The workshop aimed to empower participants with practical knowledge and skills to secure their smartphones and enhance their overall digital safety. In an era where smartphones serve as gateways to personal, financial, and professional information, the session highlighted the importance of adopting robust cybersecurity practices to safeguard against evolving cyber threats.

The event brought together cybersecurity professionals, educators, researchers, librarians, students, and technology enthusiasts, fostering meaningful discussions on emerging cyber risks and effective protective measures.
