This program focuses on improving online safety, boosting digital literacy, and supporting entrepreneurship. A key aspect is the creation of Digital Shakti Volunteers and First Responders dedicated to spreading digital literacy and building cyber resilience in communities.

Objectives:

Phase 5 Plan:
- Extend reach to an additional 1 million women, making women leaders in all covered states and villages.
- Focus on bridging the skill gap, delivering digital literacy training, empowerment workshops, and community engagement.
- Introduce the multilingual Digital Resource Hub (DRH) and Chatbot to enhance cybersecurity knowledge and capabilities.
- Create educational videos on various training topics, available on CyberPeace TV (YouTube).
